Privacy Policy

The Site has no accounts or shop, and never asks you to enter your name or address. We collect the following:

• Visit data: the URL of pages viewed, referrer, date and time, IP address, browser and OS type, screen size, language setting, approximate location, identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies, and actions on the page (such as button clicks, scrolling and which sections you viewed)
• Performance data: how long pages take to load and similar measurements
• Information you send us by email: your email address, name, organization and the content of your message

• To understand and analyze how the Site is used, and to improve its content and speed
• To show ads on Meta services (such as Facebook and Instagram), choose who sees them, and measure how they perform
• To reply to inquiries, including booking and press requests
• To keep the Site secure, for example by preventing unauthorized access

The Site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel below are loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, Cloudflare’s tag management service. Zaraz runs part of these tools on Cloudflare’s servers instead of in your browser, so information may reach each provider via Cloudflare.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)

Used to analyze how the Site is used. It uses identifiers such as cookies and sends the visit data listed in section 1 to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

Used to deliver ads and measure their results. Identifiers such as cookies (e.g. _fbp), pages viewed, actions on the page, IP address and browser information are sent to Meta from your browser and from Cloudflare’s servers (Conversions API). Meta may match this information with account information it holds about you and use it to deliver and measure ads. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.)

Used to measure performance such as page load speed. It does not use cookies or other browser storage, and does not store IP addresses. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

YouTube (Google LLC)

Music videos are loaded only when you press play, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, Google collects information.

If you visit from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil or Chile, we first ask for your consent, and only the tools for the purposes you accept (analytics, advertising) run. Elsewhere, the tools in section 3 run when you visit. Either way, you can change your choice at any time with the button below.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site still works without them. You can also stop data collection and use as follows:

• Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Meta: in the Accounts Center of Facebook or Instagram, change your ad preferences and “Your activity off Meta technologies”

Apart from the transmissions to the services in section 3, we do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

The providers in section 3 are headquartered in the United States, and information may be processed on servers in the United States and other countries.

We take measures to prevent leaks, loss and damage, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting who can access our analytics tools and email.

Visit data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above, according to the settings of each service. Inquiry emails are deleted once they are no longer needed after we have dealt with them.

You may ask us to tell you the purposes of use, disclose, correct, add to or delete, stop using or erase, or stop providing to third parties the personal data we hold about you, and to disclose records of provision to third parties. Please email the contact below. We will respond as required by law once we have confirmed your identity.

Where laws of your country or region apply, such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), we rely on the following legal bases:

• Analytics and advertising data (section 3): your consent where the law requires it; otherwise our legitimate interest in improving and promoting the Site
• Inquiry emails: our legitimate interest in replying to you

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live.

External sites linked from the Site — ticket sellers (e+, RIT Store), our online store (BASE), YouTube and others — are covered by their own operators’ privacy policies.

We may revise this policy when laws or the tools used on the Site change. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date.
